Description
The Interim Legal Services Consultant will hold the following responsibilities:
Providing corporate legal advice on a broad range of client solutions spanning corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, investments & joint ventures.
Building relationships with internal teams and clients to develop and provide multi-disciplinary solutions
Liaise with other departments to provide a holistic service to clients
Keep up to date with changes in corporate law
Profile
The successful candidate for the Interim Legal Services Consultant will need to have the following skills and experience:
Be a qualified solicitor
Have a strong knowledge and background of working on corporate legal transactions
Be able to manage your own time and priorities
Have excellent communication skills
Job Offer
This is an Interim position with flexibility around working days and hours.
Some office presence will be required for team or client meetings.
Parking is available on site.
