We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a renowned entertainment group in West London! This role ensures accurate, timely payroll processing whilst collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in the European region. Responsibilities

Process fixed and variable payroll data (e.g., new hires, leavers, bonuses) accurately and on time via payroll vendors Collaborate with payroll providers and internal teams to ensure smooth payroll operations and address escalations Maintain compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings and legislative payments Approve payroll calculations, banking files, and general ledger entries; produce management and statutory reports Resolve payroll-related queries and legal entity concerns in a timely and professional manner Perform manual payroll calculations and variance analyses as needed Continuously improve payroll procedures, support audit activities, and participate in team initiatives Requirements
