Overview Procurement Heads are searching for an interim Procurement Manager to join a well-established business in the Southwest of England for an initial 6-month period. This role will be leading a small team and will be responsible for delivering tactical procurement and driving improvements in the wider team. The procurement manager will also be part of the wider organization’s senior leadership team.
Key Skills Proven experience in team leadership and able to lead small teams with ease. Able to engage with internal stakeholders in a collaborative manner and quickly build rapport. A skilled tactical procurement manager who is able to oversee procurement at a high level but still work hands-on and support the team. Experienced working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. Strong supplier management skills and able to manage a large portfolio of suppliers.
Location, Remuneration and Timeframe £400-500 per day, Inside IR35 4 days a week in office 6 months initial contract
