Excellent opportunity for an interim finance professional with good project skills to join a private equity backed business which has experienced impressive year on year growth. This is a key role in which you can work almost entirely remotely if preferred, likely to run until around April next year.
What will the interim Project Accountant role involve?
Taking a lead on reconciliation of revenue, deferred revenue and associated accounts;
Picking up other projects that have been largely completed by the finance team and drawing them to a conclusion;
Supporting in various process improvements and helping to lead various elements of finance transformation work;
Getting into the detail and working with the team to help bring their transactional accounting in-house.
Suitable Candidate for the interim Project Accountant role:
Knowledge of revenue accounting/revenue recognition;
Good analytical skills with significant amounts of data;
Experience of complex reconciliations;
Any finance transformation experience would be extremely beneficial.
