We are working with a reputable elderly care home located in Hampshire, committed to providing exceptional care and support to their residents. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interim Manager to join them on a short-term basis to oversee the home and ensure the highest standards of care. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Lead and support the care home team, providing guidance and mentorship
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents' needs
Liaise with residents' families and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care
Manage budgets and resources effectively
Handle administrative duties and maintain accurate records
Requirements: Proven experience in a managerial role within the elderly care sector
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
In-depth knowledge of CQC
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
