Delivering high-quality financial management reporting to drive informed decision-making. Collaborating with the wider organisation, translating complex financial data into actionable insights. Providing robust financial analysis and strategic input during a time of transition. Engaging with stakeholders across the organisation, fostering strong relationships to support effective financial management. Working closely with a supportive and experienced management team to drive improvement and efficiency. Candidate Requirements:
Professionally qualified finance professional (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred). Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in management reporting and business partnering. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing decision-makers. A curious and proactive approach, with the ability to challenge and improve processes.
