Job Description
Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the organisation's goals.
Provide financial advice and guidance to the team and senior management.
Prepare monthly financial reports and present them to stakeholders.
Lead and manage the annual budgeting process.
Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Partner with other departments to streamline finance operations and enhance financial performance.
Carry out risk management activities and contribute to strategic planning.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Senior Finance Business Partner should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certification as a Chartered Accountant or similar qualification.
Proven experience in financial management and business partnering in the public sector.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and strategic planning.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
