INTERIM SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR

Hours:

35 hours per week Shift pattern:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Contract:

Fixed term for 12 months Salary:

£70,000 - £80,000 per annum, pro rata dependent on experience Location:

Are you a seasoned supply chain expert with a passion for leadership and strategic planning? We're looking for an Interim Supply Chain Director who not only excels in managing complex supply chain functions but is also dedicated to training their successor for a seamless transition. What You Bring:

Supply Chain Mastery:

Deep understanding of procurement, inventory management, S&OP, distribution, and reverse logistics. Leadership Prowess:

Proven experience leading supply chain teams in both conventional and consumer-driven environments. Strategic Vision:

Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with business goals. Vendor & Supplier Management:

Expertise in managing global supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and performance management. Operational Excellence:

Skilled in driving efficiency through lean or agile methodologies. Sustainability Focus:

Knowledge of ethical sourcing, environmental compliance, and reverse logistics. Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Certifications:

CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar. Analytical Skills:

Proficiency with supply chain management tools, data analytics platforms, and ERP systems. Leadership & Influence:

Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams across global locations. Collaborative Spirit:

Skilled in working across functions and with external partners to achieve objectives.
