The post holder will:
Support the Head of Property Services in ensuring the first-class delivery of property asset valuations.
Undertake the Council's valuation requirements including general valuation advice, development site valuations, Asset Valuations, and any other valuations as required.
Undertake unaccompanied site visits of sites (including construction sites) and buildings.
Handle and respond to finance and audit enquiries relating to asset valuations.
Manage a caseload of asset valuation work and support other team members.
Essential Qualifications:
RICS Membership
Current valid UK driving license and willingness to drive - If you don't have access to a vehicle, a pool car will be provided for work purposes.
Local government experience as a valuer.
Contract:
Hybrid with borough-wide site visits as needed.
PAYE VIA UMBRELLA.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Hybrid position).
