Our client, Barnet Council, is looking for an Interim Valuation Surveyor to join their Team. Essential Qualifications: RICS Membership Current valid UK driving license and willingness to drive - If you don't have access to a vehicle, a pool car will be provided for work purposes. Responsibilities: Support the Head of Property Services in ensuring the first-class delivery of property valuations for Right to Buy. Undertake unaccompanied site visits of sites (including construction sites) and buildings. Manage a caseload of asset valuation work and support other team members.
