Interim Year End Accountant

Do you have previous experience of supporting an organisation through Year End? Have you worked for a Non Profit before? About Our Client Our client is a respected institution in the Not For Profit sector. Job Description Preparation of year-end accounts and financial statements Liaising with external auditors and managing the audit process Providing financial analysis and reporting to the senior leadership team Managing and mentoring a small finance team Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards Implementing improvements to financial processes and systems Contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities Supporting other departments with financial queries The Successful Applicant A successful Interim Year End Accountant should have: Relevant accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the Not For Profit sector Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills Strong leadership and team management abilities A proactive approach to improving financial processes and systems What's on Offer A competitive salary of around £400 GBP daily The opportunity to work in the Not For Profit sector in London A supportive and collaborative work culture Hybrid working
