Our client is a small but dynamic design-oriented interior design practice based in the heart of Cambridge. With a focus on innovative projects, they are building their architectural services portfolio and seeking a skilled Architect to join their creative team. The firm prides itself on its collaborative approach and boasts a strong reputation for delivering high-quality designs to a diverse range of clients, predominantly in residential or education schemes but also commercial kitchens, laboratories and offices. Candidates will need the following skills and experience: A minimum of 5 years post Part 3 experience. Background in residential or education schemes. Proficiency in CAD software. Experience managing projects through all RIBA stages, with a focus on seeing them from concept to completion. Experience with Listed Building work is desirable. Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build strong relationships. Ideally located close to Cambridge with a valid driving license and access to a car.
