CDM 2015 regulations
and promoting best practices in health and safety. Key Responsibilities Provide expert
CDM advice
to clients, design teams, and contractors. Support the
Principal Designer
in fulfilling their duties. Conduct
risk assessments , site audits, and
design risk reviews . Assist in
pre-construction information gathering
and compliance documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
health, safety, and construction legislation . About You Minimum AaPS membership
(or working towards IMaPS). Previous
CDM experience
in a consultancy or construction environment. Strong understanding of
CDM 2015 regulations
and construction risk management. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. NEBOSH Construction Certificate (desirable but not essential).
