Salary:
£55,000 - £65,000 + Package (Car Allowance + Travel + Pension + Healthcare + Discretionary Bonus) THE CLIENT: Our client is an international leading provider of mechanical and electrical services. Founded over 40+ years ago, they operate across multiple sectors, including Pharmaceuticals, Data Centres, Commercial facilities & more. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the project commercial strategies and take ownership for your own subcontract packages, whilst demonstrating an understanding of the implementation of internal and external tender strategies. Maximise project cashflow by effective commercial management. Contribute to relevant project procurement strategies with particular focus on the issuing of tender enquiries, package reconciliations and production of subcontract orders, whilst working with the Commercial Lead to agree main and subcontract final accounts. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets for M&E projects. Conducting valuations and final accounts. Collaborating with project teams to ensure commercial success. Managing subcontractor and supplier negotiations. Ideal Background: Strong foundation knowledge in Quantity Surveying with exposure to M&E disciplines.
