Your new role

Develop and design mechanical systems for various building types, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Produce detailed design packages, including schematics, layouts, and specifications for mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs with other building services. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of mechanical installations. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members. Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design processes. What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably within the building services sector. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, standards, and regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
