From stunning renovations to bespoke new builds, you'll work on projects ranging from 0.5M to 10M across London and the South East. Your Role as Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Dive into a varied role that covers every aspect of quantity surveying, providing you with hands-on experience and the chance to shape landmark projects.
Pre-Contract Excellence : Take charge of cost estimates, value engineering, and procurement strategies.
Full Lifecycle Management : Lead projects from cost planning to final accounts, making a tangible impact on high-profile developments.
Collaborate & Excel : Work alongside top-tier professionals on renovations and new builds that define quality and craftsmanship.
Who You Are
Ambitious Professional : At least 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy or cost management practice.
Technical Talent : Comfortable with pre-contract duties and eager to take projects through to completion.
Proactive & Mobile : Driving licence and the ability to commute to the Surrey office and project sites.
