With a focus on delivering exceptional living spaces, the company works on prestigious projects across East London and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on a diverse range of projects, from full refurbishments and fit-outs to select new build developments, within a dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage the financial aspects of these exciting projects, ensuring accurate cost control, forecasting, and procurement, all while working alongside a highly experienced commercial team. Responsibilities for Intermediate Quantity Surveyor : Assist in managing costs, budgets, and forecasting for high-end residential refurbishment, fit-out, and new build projects. Support senior team members in ensuring the project's financial targets are met and exceeded. Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and project variations to ensure cost efficiency. Contribute to financial reporting and tracking of project costs to maintain accuracy and timely delivery. Liaise closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Foster collaborative working relationships within the team, assisting junior members where necessary. Maintain an organised and proactive approach to managing multiple projects and tasks. Support site visits and work in a hybrid arrangement, balancing office-based tasks with on-site work. Requirements for Intermediate Quantity Surveyor : Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a background in high-end residential projects, refurbishments, fit-outs, or new builds. Strong understanding of cost management, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in financial reporting systems and project tracking tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all project stakeholders. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments. A team-oriented approach with a desire to learn and develop professionally. What They Are Offering for Intermediate Quantity Surveyor : Competitive salary ranging from 45,000 to 55,000, based on experience. Bonus scheme and travel expenses provided.
