Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a background in high-end residential projects, refurbishments, fit-outs, or new builds. Strong understanding of cost management, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in financial reporting systems and project tracking tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all project stakeholders. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments. A team-oriented approach with a desire to learn and develop professionally. Candidate Duties
Assist in managing costs, budgets, and forecasting for high-end residential refurbishment, fit-out, and new build projects.
