Hertfordshire, London A highly respected and reputable Main Contractor that has been operating for over 80 years has an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based from their offices in Hertfordshire. The company carries out high-quality restoration and refurbishment services to residential and commercial properties, including listed buildings. Their experience of blending traditional craftsmanship with innovative techniques has led to the business being awarded a number of prestigious projects over the years. Business is going strong and with a number of exciting projects currently ongoing and in the pipeline, they are looking to bring in an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team. This is a great opportunity to work on some high-quality projects and be a key member of the business. The role will be office-based with occasional visits to site; with most projects located in Central London.
