Milton Keynes I have an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a major building contractor based in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis, working on a range of projects across multiple sectors. The company has been operating for approximately 15 years and has continuously grown from strength to strength. They work on a range of projects including new build, refurbishments, fit-outs, and maintenance across multiple sectors such as commercial offices, warehouses, industrial buildings, and residential/high-end residential. They are looking for someone with a strong track record working for a reputable Main Contractor, with experience on a range of refurbishment and fit-out projects across multiple sectors. Project values are generally between £500,000 to £3m. Experience: Degree Qualified or other relevant qualifications At least 3 years’ experience working for a reputable Main Contractor Track record working on a range of refurbishment/fit-out projects up to £3m in value Experience across a range of sectors including commercial offices, industrial warehouses, retail, and leisure Ability to work autonomously Strong commercial skills and awareness Full UK Drivers’ License Able to commute to Milton Keynes on a daily basis If you are an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor and you are interested in this role, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob on: 07733 529 573.
