Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor – Nottingham - £55k/£65k + Package MBS Recruitment is proud to bring to the market a brand new and exclusive opportunity to work with a blue chip national contractor with an exciting range of projects on the Severn Trent Water Framework. This well-known, highly reputable contractor has multiple multi-million pound water treatment projects due to start imminently. This has created a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving commercial team to be involved on one of these flagship projects. All schemes are in the East Midlands area with an office base in Nottingham, and the role itself will depend on your level of relevant experience. They are open to varying levels of experience as dedicated mentoring and training will be provided to help progress your career in a highly supportive environment. The projects are all on NEC4 contracts, primarily Option C, and require candidates with practical experience of operating NEC contracts in a main contractor environment. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days a week on site or in the office and 2 days a week at home. Salary banding ranges from £55k to £65k depending on level of experience, along with an electric company car or car allowance, private healthcare, and a generous pension.
