Job Description Department:

Marketing – Brand Partnerships Reporting To:

Manager, Global Brand Partnerships Responsibilities: Assisting the Global Partnerships team in the management of key brand partnership programs, marketing activations and brand-building campaigns Supporting the team with concept generation, identifying industry trends and best practices in the marketplace Providing support through partner research, preparation of presentation materials, and supporting collateral Assisting with the preparation, logistics, and execution of key partner events (i.e. hosting hotel-specific events, marketing activations and ongoing relationship building initiatives) Development of various collateral such as toolkits, SOP’s, post mortems, executive summaries, etc. Provide support for ongoing global partner program management Support the development and execution of marketing partnership campaigns and initiatives Work collaboratively with key teams such as Wellness, Sustainability, Sponsorships, PR, Influence, Food & Beverage, Procurement to leverage partnerships opportunities Routinely engage closely with marketing teams, other internal functional departments, brands and properties/regions as it relates to partner activities, events and campaigns.

Qualifications Completed or working towards a post-secondary education in marketing, business or related discipline Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Detail-oriented A self-motivated team player Strong communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities, while meeting various deadlines Previous marketing, partnership or event experience is an asset
