Responsibilities
Gain a basic understanding of agency clients’ businesses
Support the PR & Comms teams in the day-to-day operations of client relationships, media relations and influence marketing
Work as an integral part of the team alongside everyone from fellow interns to senior-level staff
Other job-related duties as specified by your manager
Qualifications
An enthusiastic, collaborative spirit who is eager to learn and dive into new projects
Strong interest in communications, public relations, influence marketing and social media
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Office Suite
Program Details
We offer internship opportunities within our global sports and entertainment businesses, including global cultural marketing agency 160over90; sports rights management, production, and digital content leader IMG; global licensing business IMG Licensing; premium hospitality and live experiences leader On Location; Professional Bull Riders (PBR), and entertainment agency WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). Locations include New York City, Nashville, St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Dallas, Chicago, London, and Paris. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.
In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as
welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops . Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location. Important Dates February - March:
The interview and selection process will take place. The program will be
10 weeks in length . EMEA (June 30 – September 5) Recruitment Process Our process consists of four steps: Tell us your story. In addition to your application and resume, please attach a word document and in 300 words max, share why you’re interested in the role. Video Interview with a Recruiter. If selected for the next round, you will be contacted by the recruiting team to schedule a 30-minute video interview. Video Interview with the Hiring Manager. If selected to move forward, you will meet with the hiring manager and potentially 1-2 additional team members. Offer or Decline. If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. Eligibility Our program is designed for recent graduates and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university, unless otherwise noted. Candidates must indicate if they now or in the future require Endeavor to commence (“sponsor”) an immigration case in order to employ them. Pay We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location. Pay rates typically align with local required minimums and vary by country.
