Position Purpose: As regional Product & Platform team Intern, you will assist the team in delivering and supporting market leading trading platforms and products for our self-direct trading customers.It’s a chance to learn and support various commercial and operational teams as well as the wider product and trading function. We offer clients the ability to trade thousands of financial markets using proprietary and 3rd-party trading platforms from multiple geographies under different regulatory rules. You will help us craft the product vision, gather requirements, test features, and liaise with client facing teams on feedback and issues. Primary duties will include but not limited to : Working with various client facing teams to receive and get a better understanding of client behaviors and needs Support the Regional Managers and wider functional team in delivering high quality product offering and exceptional trading experience Proactively keep on top of industry news, monitoring competitor’s movement and industry trends, generate reports to the management team Work with technical and business stakeholders to understand problems with software and resolve them Monitor management information to identify trends, spot issues and report on progress Conduct regular and ad-hoc competitor analysis Qualifications
To land this role you will need : Fluent in spoken English plus Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory Knowledgeable about financial market Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion What makes you stand out: Have experience of trading financial instrument (including Cryptos) by yourself Good logical thinking skills, Outstanding verbal/written communication skill StoneX Essential Qualifications Strong self-motivation and a quick learner Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion Sound verbal/written communication abilities Effective interpersonal skills Sense of urgency Honesty, curiosity, and tenacity Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail The confidence to fail Early Careers Requirements Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2025 and August 2026 (entering penultimate year of university) Available for a June 2025 start date for a 10-week program Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel) Must be authorized to work in the UK for any employer Working environment : Hybrid Dynamic, time-sensitive
