Assist in financial analysis and modeling to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for business leaders to communicate key performance metrics and trends. Conduct variance analysis and identify drivers of financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, business cases, and strategic initiatives, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives to drive process improvements and operational excellence. Assist in ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by management or business partners. Key Requirements
Final year student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Recent graduates also may be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
