We are looking for ambitious individuals from a Tech/IT/Telecoms background with great communication skills and a flair for relationship building to join an exciting and unique business in Bolton, Greater Manchester as an Internal Account Manager. This role is all about creating lasting relationships with business clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service possible and repeat business is maintained. You will also engage lapsed clients, rebuild relationships, and encourage future business. This is a team-based role; you will have your own client base but will also work as part of a tight-knit team working together to ensure that your clients are happy, engaged, and business expectations are met. This role is office-based but could lead into a field-based account management role for those who want to progress. This is a genuinely exciting and dynamic role; once established, you will have real freedom and autonomy.
