Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Internal Business Development Manager to join a leading bridging lender. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting broker relationships, driving new business, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, identifying opportunities to generate new business. Proactively manage inbound and outbound broker enquiries, providing tailored solutions. Promote the company's bridging products and services, ensuring brokers are well-informed and engaged. Assist and work closely with underwriting and sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of cases. Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted point of contact for brokers.
Key Requirements: Experience in bridging finance. Strong understanding of broker relationships and intermediary networks. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
