Working alongside a team of internal comms professionals, in this role you’ll be partnering with our transformation team to bring to life positive change that will improve the customer and colleague experience. You’ll bring your experience and creativity to inspire colleagues about the future so that they feel part of the change, whilst coaching leaders to drive greater connectivity. You’ll develop and deliver a consistent narrative that aligns with Citizen’s overall strategy, purpose, values, and behaviours. Channel Maestro:

You’ll lead our internal communication channels, using research methods to ensure they meet the needs of our colleagues. Trusted Coach:

You’ll help our leadership teams deliver impactful employee communication, building trust by being open and honest. Relationship Builder:

You’ll build outstanding relationships with our leaders, becoming their go-to advisor for internal comms. Values Ambassador:

You’ll work proactively with colleagues across Citizen, guiding communication activities that reflect our values. As Internal Communications Business Partner, we need you to have: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex business materials into compelling content. Experience in developing and delivering communication strategies. Experience in working on change programmes. Experience in managing and leading multi-channel communications. Excellent writing skills, storytelling, and people-centred communications. Extensive knowledge and experience of the full range of comms channel mix. We would be really excited if you have: IOIC/CIM/CIPR qualifications.
