Our client, a leading firm in Professional Services/Consultancy, is seeking an
Internal Communications Executive
to join their team. They specialise in delivering employee benefits/pension schemes, and their commitment to excellence has positioned them as a trusted partner in the professional services sector.
Experience/Qualifications:
Ideally, candidates possess 3 years of experience in a communications role.
Demonstrated proficiency in effective communication, project-level planning, and execution.
Self-motivated and proactive with excellent organizational skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
Confident and adaptable communicator across various channels, with a proactive attitude toward change and a keen eye for identifying and implementing improvements.
Maintains professionalism, discretion, and prioritizes confidentiality.
Experience in a professional services environment would be ideal but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of the Internal Communications strategy across the company.
Develop and curate content tailored for internal channels, reflecting the company’s story and primary objectives.
Enhance functionality and management of internal media platforms and newsletters.
Collaborate closely with different teams to ensure consistent delivery of the company’s narrative and key business priorities.
Proactively gather, assess, and respond to feedback from colleagues and partners to continually enhance communication channels.
