A bit about us Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets. Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region. What will you be doing day-to-day? We are looking for a dynamic and creative Internal Communications Executive to support the Head of Internal Communications and the broader Gamma business, working strategically and tactically to support Gamma's business objectives. Creating and delivering meaningful content that promotes awareness, engagement and ambassadorship across the group. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute internal communication plans and content to support company initiatives and enhance employee engagement. Collaborate with central Group Functions and Business Units to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals. Support the organisation and coordination of internal events, such as (but not limited to) our Q1 Roadshow across the UK and Europe, and quarterly webcasts. Quality control and coordination of internal comms submitted by various stakeholders across the business i.e., IT, ESG, Charity, Business Governance. Create, edit, and distribute internal communications materials, emails, digital content, and presentations. Support the implementation of new digital channels. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Foster a positive and inclusive company culture and reinforce our Values. What you’ll need At least 3 years experience in a similar role with a background in internal communications. Demonstrable experience / examples of your work in the following areas: Leadership:

Guiding and motivating employees to achieve common goals. Strategic Planning:

Developing and implementing communication strategies that align with business objectives. Content Creation:

Crafting clear, engaging, and relevant messages for various internal channels. Data Analysis:

Measuring the effectiveness of communication strategies and making data-driven decisions. Digital Literacy:

Proficiency with communication tools and platforms, such as intranets and collaboration software. Project Management:
