Internal Communications Executive

for a

3-month contract

based in

London

(hybrid working). Purpose of the Role:

As an Internal Communications Executive, you will support the development and execution of internal communication strategies to ensure that all employees are informed, engaged, and inspired. You will provide employees with the context, information, and tools

they need to contribute fully to the organisation's success and to be compelling external advocates for the business.This role requires strong writing skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear and effective communication across the organisation. As an Internal Communications Executive, you will be responsible for: * Developing and producing high-quality, engaging content for various internal communication channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet, presentations, and videos. * Assisting in the development and implementation of internal communication plans to support company initiatives, projects, and events. * Helping to ensure that colleagues across all offices feel engaged and included while reinforcing the organization's culture, brand values, and unified messaging. * Supporting the maintenance and updates of the company intranet, ensuring content remains current, relevant, and accessible. * Assisting in the planning and execution of internal events, such as town halls, employee recognition programs, and company-wide meetings. What we require from the candidate: * Proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling and content creation abilities. * Experience using digital communication tools and platforms, including intranet systems, email marketing software, and collaboration tools. * Hands-on experience with Staffbase for managing internal communications, intranet content, employee engagement, and targeted messaging. * Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams. * A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering engaging content. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is desirable. * Experience in the financial services sector or working in a complex, multi-site business is an advantage.
