Role Overview We are hiring an intern to join our Marketing and Communications team in London on a six-month placement. Think of the role as an ‘internal multimedia journalist’ – an opportunity for you to produce and distribute great stories and content that will positively engage our colleagues. You will also gain hands-on insight into a Marketing and Communications function of a world-leading financial institution, whilst being able to shape and influence strategy using your knowledge of the latest communication trends. Role Responsibilities Create engaging, modern, professional content for distribution across our digital channels such as our employee app, intranet and internal TV channel. Brainstorm campaign ideas. Provide suggestions for improving colleague experience. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, employees, customers, goals, and all other aspects of service. Learn and become proficient on internal software systems. Analyse data to gauge the success of campaigns/content. Assist in creating performance reports. Experience / Competences Excellent writing skills. Strong grasp of current communication trends and content – i.e. what content people consume and how. Strong video and social content production skills. Curiosity. Confident communicator: able to build relationships and be a good listener. Creative. Well organised.
