Strategic programme support
As the Internal Communications Lead (People), you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement and aligning business goals with internal messaging. Your goal is to ensure crucial messages reach and engage members through appropriate internal channels across the region.

The post holder will be developed professionally through the UKIMEA Marketing & Communications network and reports to the Head of Communications. You will manage and develop an internal comms officer aligned to the People Team, helping them prioritise where needed, inspiring them in their work and professional development and ensuring they are well connected and supported by the broader internal comms team.
