A broad role, the remit ranges from devising and implementing a plan to clearly communicate the various strands of our responsible business agenda to advising internal stakeholders across the business on how best to communicate their projects and operational updates. As an Internal Communications Manager, you will: Devise and implement the firm's internal communications strategy to clearly communicate the various strands of our firmwide strategy and responsible business agenda. Work with stakeholders across the business to implement processes and procedures to achieve better coordination of internal communications across the firm. Establish strong working relationships with key internal contacts to gather news and information. Coordinate, write, edit, and publish Intranet, newsletter, and internal email content. Lead the production of our annual responsible business report. Establish metrics/reporting for measuring the impact and success of internal communications and campaigns. Minimum Requirements
For this role, you will need to have: 5+ years' experience in a communications role. Commercial acumen and excellent client service (internal and external). Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Willingness to travel to London/other UK offices as required. Desired Skills
