The Opportunity Are you passionate about shaping the way a company connects with its people? As our Internal Communications Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating engaging communication strategies and fostering a culture of connection and collaboration across our business. This is a

12-month fixed-term contract

offering hybrid working flexibility, giving you the chance to combine strategic oversight with hands-on project management in a supportive and innovative environment.

You will lead impactful communication and engagement projects, helping teams stay informed and connected during times of change and transformation. You’ll craft compelling business narratives and innovative strategies that bring our internal communication vision to life. Managing channels like our intranet, digital platforms, and hybrid events, you’ll ensure colleagues receive timely, engaging updates in ways that work for them. You’ll create content that informs and inspires, from announcements and presentations to videos and newsletters. Supporting senior leaders, you’ll provide expert advice to ensure messages resonate and foster connection across the business. By measuring communication impact and staying ahead of industry trends, you’ll continuously improve how we engage and support our teams. Who you are

You’re an experienced communicator with a knack for turning complex ideas into clear, engaging messages that resonate. You’ve led on internal communication strategies and can demonstrate how your work has driven employee engagement and strengthened company culture. Your skills include writing, editing, and creating content that captures attention, and you’re confident navigating digital communication platforms and tools. You take pride in building strong relationships, advising senior leaders, and managing multiple projects without missing a beat. You’re curious and adaptable, always looking for new ways to innovate, measure success, and improve communication practices.
