Internal Communications Manager Professional Services London (hybrid - 2 days in office) A rapidly growing professional services firm is looking to appoint an Internal Communications Manager to join their Communications function. Reporting into the Head of Communications, you will play a key role in driving the internal communications and employee engagement strategy for the business and gain significant experience working on acquisition and onboarding projects. Key responsibilities: Manage the internal communications channels across the business to drive engagement of employees. Create and develop messaging for employees to be delivered across newsletters, intranet, emails, and town halls. From time to time, support external communications activity. Work closely with senior stakeholders and support their functions internal messaging and guiding on best practice. 3+ years experience in internal communications. Experience in B2B Financial or Professional Experience (Essential). Some working in external communications (nice to have).
