We are working with a professional services firm, and they are looking to recruit an Internal Communications Manager to come on board and join their team. In this position, you will work closely with the Leadership team, and you will be responsible for delivering the strategic vision and strategy across the business. You will report to the Head of Internal Communications and work closely with the wider communications team. In this position, you will be responsible for the following: Planning and delivering key communication initiatives around the company's vision and strategy. Supporting the Senior Leadership team across all areas of the business and advising them on how to plan and deliver impactful communications and key campaigns and initiatives. Managing workshops, listening events, and other focus groups to gather insights and data to improve communications campaigns and initiatives. Planning and delivering a variety of events for the senior leadership team. Creating informative and engaging content which will be used across a number of different channels. Designing and implementing internal communications strategies and plans. Delivering effective communication programmes that produce results or change behaviours.
