The Internal Communications Team delivers internal communications to the NSPCC’s staff and volunteers, to keep our people informed and engaged with news, information, and updates around the important work we are doing across the organisation to deliver our strategy. We are looking for an experienced internal communications professional with a track record of building strong, trust-based relationships that contribute to the delivery of internal communications with impact and relevance to join our team, to help us continue to achieve our goals. We’re looking for someone who has: Substantial experience of working in a high-performing, strategic internal communications function Proven skills in conveying written and verbal information Experience of drafting content for various channels The ability to work at pace and to agreed deadlines to deliver shared outcomes Line management and development experience.
