You will help to determine how best to tell the story in a variety of formats, ensuring that we achieve strong engagement and impact. Join our team and be part of what makes the difference in the decade of change. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

In being recognized as an advocate of best practice and problem-solving in relation to effective communications, you will: Provide communications advice and hands-on support to communicate key messages and create a clear understanding of them. Support strategic projects and change initiatives as the business needs demand. Be a channel champion in using and advising on the most impactful way to engage our people. Help to build a stronger sense of community and engagement through the use of Viva Engage and similar Microsoft channels. Become the go-to person in relation to the development and delivery of internal newsletters and ad hoc emails using our internal mailing platform Poppulo. Help to deliver town halls and additional company-wide or project-specific engagement activities. Support the Global Brand Director with communications associated with the announcement and integration of acquired companies, such as creating announcement presentations, FAQs, and emails. Through regular reporting on and reviewing the impact of communications, provide directional communications advice to the global team on potential improvement. Job Requirements & Capabilities:

This is a full-time role reporting to the Global Internal Communications Director. Flexibility is essential to respond to global communication needs and reflect the international nature of the business and this role. Location and reporting line:

The successful candidate will ideally be located in North America or Europe and may be required to work outside normal office hours, reporting to the Internal Communications Director. Desired Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or other relevant discipline. Over three years of relevant experience. Engaging writing skills (strong written English essential). Strong organizational skills and time management. Positive and proactive working style. Collaborative, cooperative, and team-oriented in providing support to the wider team. Experience with content creation for internal audiences and platforms. Experience in working at a professional services firm would be an advantage. Excellent verbal communication skills. Attention to detail. Core skills and leadership capabilities include those reflected in the ERM Career Framework.
