Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive health assessments for adult patients.
Manage acute and chronic conditions, including common and complex cases.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide care decisions.
Develop individualized care plans and prescribe appropriate treatments.
Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements:
Experience: 10+ years in Adult internal medicine preferred.
Licensure: Advanced Practice License in Massachusetts.
Certification: Current Nurse Practitioner certification.
DEA License: Active or eligibility for registration.
