Internal Medicine - Stockton | Vacaville | Lodi
Community clinics with 11 clinics in 3 different counties are seeking Family Practice and Internal Medicine physicians for primary care clinics located in Vacaville (brand new clinic), Stockton, and Lodi. These are FQHC sites serving underserved clientele, with 60% Spanish-speaking patients.
Responsibilities include:
Ambulatory care only; no in-patient care.
8-hour shifts Monday-Friday (one late evening shift; one Saturday per month).
On-call every 10th week for one week via long-range pager.
Compensation includes salary plus a bonus/incentive program, and benefits include dual malpractice coverage.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, mission-driven, and strong in women's health, chronic pain, and chronic disease management.
The city of Lodi has a population of over 64,000, located in San Joaquin County about 30 miles south of Sacramento, California. Napa Valley and Lake Tahoe are an hour and a half away, while Yosemite is only two hours to the south. Because of its central location, Lodi is an increasingly popular suburb for commuters from Sacramento and the SF Bay Areas. Lodi is best known as a center of wine production and has become increasingly respected for its Zinfandel wine and varietals.
