Field Engineer Recruiter Pacifica is one of the UK's largest providers of outsourced support and repair of domestic appliances. Employing over 250 fully qualified engineers, repairing over 370,000 appliance repairs every year, creating a sustainable future. We are looking for an experienced White goods Field Engineer Recruiter to identify, attract, and engage top-tier engineering talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for connecting with people. As a Field Engineer Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building a talented and diverse engineering team that will drive our company's success. Reporting to the Head of Field Recruitment. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

Utilise various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to source and attract highly skilled field engineers, Field Partner engineers. Candidate Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Screening & Interviewing:

Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Employer Branding:

Promote our company's values and culture to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand in the engineering community. Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). About You

You'll be a highly competent individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a real team player, with a minimum of 1 years' experience in a recruitment resourcing/recruitment sales environment and possess knowledge and experience of candidate resourcing and headhunting, screening candidates and a proven capability of implementing successful recruitment strategies through various channels such as job boards and social media. You must be a proficient user of Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel, as well as be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written and have experience in dealing with people at all levels. You will also need to be able to work from the Sheffield Office (S25 3QA). Why Join Pacifica
