Internal Recruiter
Permanent and full-time
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
8:30-17:00 working hours (can be flexible)
Hybrid working after probation
Key duties
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process
Writing and leading competency-based interviews
Generating candidate leads using a variety of sourcing methods
Communicating with candidates to maintain relationships
Deliver exceptional candidate experience
Use and analyse psychometric tests and other interview tools
Get involved in recruitment campaigns
What you'll need to succeed
At least 3 years of experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role
A passion for people and communication
