As a member of the People & Culture team at Altilium, you will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent to support our company’s mission and objectives. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will ensure excellent candidate experiences whilst working on a diverse mix of roles simultaneously and candidate applications from a range of sources. What You’ll Do:

Support a seamless full cycle recruitment process, from candidate attraction to onboarding. Partner with Hiring Managers to determine the recruiting needs of their department. Screen and shortlist CVs and applications. Schedule and support with online and face-to-face interviews. Liaise with candidates on queries, offers of employment, and providing feedback from interviews. Organise attendance and resources for recruitment-related events. Support the coordination and delivery of assessment days, as required. Research talent and approach potential candidates through headhunting initiatives, proactively sourcing scarce niche skills sets of candidates where necessary. Lead recruitment-related and candidate experience projects. What You’ll Bring:

A passion for delivering excellent candidate experiences, with a warm and friendly nature that matches Altilium’s culture. Previous experience in a recruitment role within a fast-paced environment. Full working knowledge of the recruitment life cycle, including onboarding and right to work checks. Experience in the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – bonus points for supporting the development of one. Strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal, and enjoys decision-making. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and remain calm under pressure. Amazing organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and objectives. Comfortable working in a startup environment with some ambiguity; enjoy mucking in and wearing multiple hats! Ability to be regularly on-site in our Plymouth office. About Us:
