About The Role Join our dynamic, friendly team at our Head Office in Hatfield and play a key role in shaping the staffing strategies of our growing company. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for recruitment. You will be a valued member of our internal recruitment and onboarding team, driving the growth and continuous improvement of our recruitment processes. Your contributions will be crucial in meeting the staffing needs of our busy hospital and expanding Nouvita services. Job Description This is a fast-paced role which relies on strong communication skills to build relationships with both candidates and internal senior staff to provide an outstanding recruitment service which is key to the success of the business. You will support the Recruitment Manager, sourcing and screening suitable candidates and provide an end-to-end recruitment service. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates via a multitude of portals Using an Application Tracking System to manage the recruitment process Assisting with recruitment open days Pre-screening and interviewing suitable candidates Writing creative job adverts Ensuring candidate compliance General administrative duties Arranging interviews Supporting the recruitment manager/lead Liaising with hiring managers and other internal staff Liaising with external agencies What We Are Looking For: Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment team At least 12 months experience of recruitment Experience of using an ATS is preferred Experience of working in healthcare will be advantageous Excellent people and communication skills – must have an ability to enthuse Ability to work under pressure Reliable Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) What We Have On Offer You: Full training Cost of initial DBS paid by the company Opportunity for personal development Mentoring, regular supervision, and appraisals Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
