Job Title: Internal Recruitment Consultant

Location: Stockbridge, Hampshire (commutable from Salisbury, Romsey, Andover, Basingstoke, Winchester)

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with participation in extended hours telephone service on rotation

Position Overview

Our client are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team to recruit and retain registered care workers, ensuring we meet the staffing needs of our existing clients while onboarding new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team, providing guidance and support in recruitment efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential care workers to facilitate recruitment.
  • Advise and educate potential carers about our services and job opportunities.
  • Respond to leads and inquiries, providing timely and professional communication.
  • Organise and present Carer Registration Events to attract new candidates.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Devise and present innovative ideas to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct interviews and perform thorough recruitment checks on candidates.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree or postgraduate qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar recruitment role.
  • Strong background in recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Clear spoken English with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Clean driving license and willingness to travel.

Preferred Experience:

- Familiarity with Asana project management software is a plus.
