Internal Recruitment Resourcer

to join our team and support our talent acquisition efforts.

Role Overview As an

Internal Recruitment Resourcer , you will play a key role in identifying and sourcing top talent to support the growth of our business. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment pipeline, conducting initial interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Additionally, you will handle administrative duties related to recruitment, including job advert creation, scanning job boards, and providing comprehensive feedback on interviews.

Key Responsibilities Identify and source fresh talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels. Create compelling and well-written job adverts for internal positions. Conduct initial stage interviews to assess candidate suitability. Manage a pipeline of candidates and keep detailed records of progress. Provide clear and comprehensive feedback on interviews to hiring managers. Perform general administrative duties related to recruitment. Maintain a high level of accuracy in documentation and candidate communication. Skills & Experience Required Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail, with strong grammar and spelling abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is desirable but not essential.
