Our Internal Recruitment Specialist As we continue to grow and aim high, we have an exciting role within our Internal Recruitment Team. This role is dedicated to recruiting top-notch Technical Engineering talent across all our brands throughout the UK. What You'll Do: Pro-active Recruitment

: Lead the charge in recruiting for all Technical/Engineering roles UK-wide, ensuring we have the best talent to drive our success. Direct Sourcing

: Utilize headhunting, advertising, people searching, CV database searching, LinkedIn, talent pools, and more to find the best candidates, directly impacting our ability to innovate and excel. Agency Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, enhancing our recruitment capabilities. Referrals Promotion & Management

: Handle the administration and promotion of our referral program, helping us attract top talent through our network. Offer Letters

: Accurately generate offer letters for successful candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process. HR Onboarding

: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, setting them up for success from day one. Relationship Management

: Collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, agencies, the core HR team, and internal departments, fostering strong relationships that support our recruitment goals. Screening

: Conduct and manage rigorous pre-screening for all successful Engineering candidates, ensuring compliance with our NSI Gold accreditation standards and maintaining our high standards of excellence. For this opportunity, we are specifically seeking candidates with the following credentials: Engineering Recruitment experience

: Proven experience in recruiting for engineering roles. Agency/Headhunter Background

: Experience in an agency or headhunting role (Fire & Security experience is a bonus, but Engineering is acceptable). Target Achiever

: Clear evidence of achieving or ideally over-achieving set targets. Independent Worker

: Ability to work independently without micro-management, while relying on a strong support network from the Recruitment team, Management, and the wider HR Team. Tenacious

: Resilient and persistent in the face of challenges, always pushing forward for success. Screening Experience

: Experience with limited screening, such as BS7587 (or similar), is a significant advantage. Fantastic Communicator

: Excellent communication skills with an instinct to know the appropriate tone for different situations. Strong Relationship Management

: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, agencies, and internal departments.
