As a member of the Internal Sales Team, your day-to-day duties will include:
Being first point of contact for all customer queries.
Answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Raising quotations and processing orders via our in-house system.
Scanning, filing, and emailing PODs.
Dealing with courier enquiries, tracking deliveries and arranging returns.
Offering support to management when required.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritise workload.
Tech Savvy: The ability to use a PC as part of your duties.
The ability to build relationships internally and externally.
Minimum of one year of experience in administration and customer service.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00, Friday: 08:30 - 16:00
