Our forward-thinking client is offering a salary up to 40k pa, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, 4pm finish on Fridays plus lots more!

We are seeking a results-oriented individual with a knack for understanding technical solutions and a proven ability to drive sales growth. In this role, you'll combine your technical knowledge with your sales acumen to build strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

As the Internal Sales you will be responsible for: Developing and growing the business pipeline, ensuring a steady increase in opportunities Building and maintaining positive, trusting relationships with new and existing clients Maintaining and updating the CRM system to track opportunities and report on performance Meeting sales and revenue targets Representing the company at trade shows and exhibitions when necessary

Who we're looking for? We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of technical sales experience, ideally within the manufacturing or engineering industry, and a proven track record of success in a similar role. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, along with excellent communication abilities are essential.

You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be tenacious, a self-starter with a willingness to learn, and hold a full driving license due to occasional travel for this role.
